"Hotel Albana was an excellent hotel and I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel has great amenities including the restaurant, foyer bar and lounge, and the spa which was modern, very clean and included a dry sauna, steam room, outdoor cedar hot tub, and a cold plunge. The rooms were immaculate, very clean, and very comfortable, and had large outdoor terrace space. "One night stay on a motorcycle trip. The bed was huge and so comfortable after a like ride. The food was delicious and the wine list extensive. It was great to chill in the lounge with a drink after a tiring day and the staff were very attentive. Looking to stay here in the Winter for a ski trip now."

Das Servicepersonal (wir hatten zum Glück nur Frühstück) sind alle weit weg von einem Gastfreundlichen Auftreten! Kein guten Morgen wie haben Sie geschlafen oder eine andere nette Begrüssung. Es war eine reine Abfertigung schnell, schnell mit einem schrecklichen Filterkaffee und Milch in einer ekelhaften Plastikkanne einfach unabetitlich. Das Buffet sehr dezimiert… nicht einmal Honig gab es..! Ebenfalls...
