Impression of entrance and reception was poor but hotel room was very modern, new, bright, big and had a balcony. Breakfast was nice, had lots of options. Location was good, right beside lake and about 15 minutes walk from old town or train station. Nice scenic walk around lake. Allowed us to leave luggage in ski room while we waited for a later train. All in all, would recommend for a mid range hotel option.

The hotel is a very convenient place. It is near the bus stop from the train station and restaurants. There are some stores nearby, such as Lidl and Coop. I would recommend it to your family or friends.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A+++++ I had an excellent five-star stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff service was truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Outstanding service, excellent location, and a beautiful property. Location was good. The breakfast that was included was excellent. The hotel can work on making the entrance to the hotel more visible. At looks as though you are going to the restaurant Riccardo's and not hotel piz as the name of the restaurant is more prominent. Otherwise you can bypass the hotel not realizing that the restaurant is also the entrance for the hotel.

I stayed with family for just one night in February 2025. I was ok for a night, but had a very weird entrance, smelly lounge and corridors. The room was ok, brand new, no issues. Having said that pillows were a joke, it looked like new born ones, terrible to sleep on. Breakfast was pretty decent tho. It was a bit pricey for what they've offered. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it was the last resort.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The location is excellent, you can walk a few minutes and be at the St. Moritz station. Very close to bus stops also that can transport you nearby. Staff was very accommodating and nice. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would stay here again without a doubt

Fantastic stay. Had booked an apartment by mistake, receptionist immediately changed us to a hotel room as we did not need a kitchen. Checked out the apartments whilst we were there, they looked also excellent. Everyone working at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. I woul highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great and the staff were very helpful. The spa was average, but not something that I felt the need to visit more than once. The rooms were very quiet and fellow guests were respectful. The location was really great- walking distance to the Signalbahn tram and the bus stop was right outside our hotel if you didn't want to walk up the hill into town.

Buyer beware. I had booked a deluxe double as the photos on Expedia showed a double bed, balcony, large windows, 22 sq room. I was given 2 single beds, small window opening onto to a dark corridor, no balcony. Staff told me the photos are actually of a SUPERIOR DOUBLE room! I was furious - this is false advertising. Expedia notified however after 1 week no reply.
