"De locatie was zeer goed. Wat beter kan is de communicatie. Bij aankomst wisten ze niet van onze boeking, konden het nergens terugvinden. Het hotel heeft ons voor 1 nacht elders ondergebracht. Ze vroegen meermaals om geld om ons verblijf te betalen. Aangegeven dat wij dit digitaal hadden gedaan, zij gaven aan dat niet te kunnen ontvangen en of wij het alsnog contant konden betalen. Vroegen daarbij ook meermaals tot wanneer wij zouden blijven. Na contact met expedia afgesproken dat wij het geld...
