"We loved our stay. However, we were extremely upset to learn that the pool nearest to our Hard Rock Seminole Hotel was closed. This made it extremely difficult to secure any spot around the other pool(s). Unless you arrived right at opening, you had ZERO chance of getting a chaise lounge. To further compound the issue, there were hordes of empty lounges with “RESERVED” signs on them near the unreserved cabanas.
