"Lovely stay with great food and comfortable accommodation"

"overall the building was lovely reception stunning staff efficient room was lovely absolutely sufficient quiet setting in a village room iron and board trouser press fan safe and small fridge which was a god send we didn’t use the pool or sauna lots of building work going on all around. 3 complaints my daughter paid extra for a bigger bed the bases were separate as were the mattresses nothing to hold them together so kept coming apart thru the night sheets didn’t fit the bed properly soon as you...

"Very comfortable bed"

"The staff here were so helpful and kind! This is a great place to stay for a quaint stay from a simpler time. It was cleanly kept very a nice experience. The breakfast was fantastic! I would definitely stay again if coming back into the area."

"Lovely grounds, fantastic massage and great food. Thought the spa facilities could have been bigger. A 30 min delay waiting for my massage with no apology or acknowledgement of the delay. Rooms comfy but basic."
