“OMG never seen such an awfull appartment, so dirty, cold, no WIFI, no teresteral TV, living room window was closed but didnt feel like it. Took about 20 mins to get into appartment as lock is knackered. We tried to get in touch many times onse so we couldnt stay there. We continued to try to contact every day and Hotels.com did as well.
