"- We discovered bed bugs on our bed on the last night of our stay.
- No certain in one of our rooms
-wrong room allocation
- Rude staff, who needs lots of training
-Washing machine flooded the kitchen
- Quite a lot of flies in the reception area
- We were not allowed visitors in our room
- TV is very old and hardly works
-The water spray in the toilet was broken
-Bathroom 'needs' to be refurbished and up to date
