Absolutely awful – NEVER AGAIN

- We discovered bed bugs on our bed on the last night of our stay. - No certain in one of our rooms -wrong room allocation - Rude staff, who needs lots of training -Washing machine flooded the kitchen - Quite a lot of flies in the reception area - We were not allowed visitors in our room - TV is very old and hardly works -The water spray in the toilet was broken -Bathroom 'needs' to be refurbished and up to date -No water pressure in the shower

Found cockroaches in my room, staff did not seem to care and just left me with a can of roach spray. Glad it was just one night. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money for a better hotel somewhere else Dubai.

Abseits vom großen trubel

Nettes hotel, abseits vom großen Trubel aber durch naheliegende u-bahn alles möglich. U-bahn fahren muß einfach in dubai sein. Tolles konzept supersaubere bahnhöfe ebenso wie die züge selbst.Die nähe zum Flughafen stört nicht wirklich wenn man nicht 24 Stunden am Tag im hotel bleibt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Strand nach 8min mit Taxi (wirklich billig) erreichbar. Kein 5 Sterne hotel aber trotzdem empfehlenswert (Standarte kann in solch einer riesigen Stadt beruhigend wirken)

Nice place to stay

The apartment was generally very nice with enough space especially if you have a family. Free unlimited fast WIFI is a plus. My family enjoyed it and we will come again.

A great place to get some rest between flights.

We were just needing to get some rest overnight between flights. This place worked great for that. Just make sure you arrange airport pickup ahead of time. This would also work well for a few days as the rooms are very spacious.

Pour un séjour en famille

Le plus : navette gratuite pour aller et venir à l'aéroport, grande piscine. Le moins : il a fallu demander la bouteille d'eau et le café/thé, et un jour, les serviettes de toilette ont été oubliées. Internet ne marchait pas un soir, le technicien est venu le remettre en service.

We waited for almost an hour to check in! There weren't alot of people checking in only one damily before us but the service was too slow. Then they gave us an occupied room by mistake, we had to return back to the front office to change it.

Close to the airport

Not 5he nicest neighbourhood, but the room and staff are excellent. Free shuttle the the airport. 10 minute walk to metro. Suite was HUGE! Kitchen was large and their was in-suite was hung machine. Kitchen had cutlery and dishes and plates but otherwise unstocked, so no way of cooking without a huge grocery shop. Would recommend.

The hotel location is very good but the hotel need to renew and it's not clean as a hotel should be
