“I called to let the hotel know that i would be late for check-in. The clerk stated she wasn't seeing my reservation. Only upon giving my reservation number did they say they will call me back in 10min to verify my reservation. I waited 30min and no one called. When i called back the clerk then informed me that they found the reservation and the room was available.
