Staff was absolutely amazing and helpful, I found that the property was okay. Noting spectacular nothing really around. Get food from the airport first before leaving. Rooms were basic but big .. literally a place to stay even tho I wasn’t really feeling the bed and atmosphere it did the job.

Very convenient hotel, especially for travelers in transit or those catching an early flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bathroom was neat. Air conditioning worked perfectly, making the stay comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Shuttle service is also available, which makes getting to and from the airport easy. Overall, a great place to stay for comfort and convenience when traveling.

The pictures on Expedia of this hotel are definitely misleading. This place is ok if you have a few hrs layover but otherwise it’s a big NO! The rooms are super small and the furniture is very outdated. The toilet stopped flushing the night I was there. Thankfully I was only there for a layover. I didn’t unpack or even get in the bed. I just watched tv until it was time to go. One good thing is they do have a driver that will pick you up from the airport and drop you back off. It’s also a KFC that’s close to this hotel. Ok for a quick layover but definitely not comfortable enough to stay longer than that.

Likes - location close to airport. Car rental service on site. Secured parking behind electronic gate. Close to trinicty mall, and the Piarco plaza where you can get lots of food options. Clean hotel, clean rooms. Breakfast was delicious. I had sada roti with tomato and baigan choka. The cook actually served us and was quite friendly. Even when we finished eating he pleasantly bid us a good day. IMPROVE - the security at main gate was sleeping. And the 2 on the inside by reception were sleeping when we got back in from a night out. The receptionist told me I could make my tea and pay her the $14. for both teas, by the time kettle boiled and I made them, she had gone over to the sofa and fell asleep. I was actually blown away at how all the visible staff were sleeping leaving the hotel unattended. The room 8 we stayed in was quite small but clean. Other rooms may be bigger.

Clean room, decorated nicely. Spacious and bright. Ac was awesome. The team had it turned on prior so walking in was a blessing. Staff were friendly and helpful with local knowledge. The free shuttle is a huge plus alongside the checkout time. Kudos for anticipating needs. The team at the airport who called the shuttle were also a credit to the tourism product.

Great stay overall! The room was clean with plenty of storage, and the gated property made me feel very safe. Common areas were also well maintained. The food was excellent with authentic local flavour—my breakfast of bake and smoked herring was a generous portion, and the rice, dhal, and stew chicken for lunch was delicious. What really made the stay outstanding was the staff—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Special thanks to Neil, Vikash, and Sebastian for their exceptional service. Just a note: the airport shuttle and brewed coffee come at an extra cost, which wasn’t clearly stated at booking. It would be helpful if this is updated to avoid surprises. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

The room was fairly decent and served its purpose for the one night we stayed. However, the bathroom was quite small in my opinion and could have been a bit more tidy. Also, I’m not sure if it was a general sewage issue in the area, but there was a very strong sewage smell that was quite pungent and irritated our sinuses during the few hours we were there. Other than that, the staff was very courteous, and the shuttle service was accommodating and convenient.

Wonderful convenient comfortable location to stay indoors or travel out of the hotel ,pool had swim up bar which.was closed during my stay however it was there ,kitchen for quick meals ...maybe a little attention to small house keeping details minor stuff like towels refills of products overall I would stay again .
