Jeden Tag frische spiegeleier, rühreier, baked Beans oder Full Irish Breakfast werden angeboten und auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. "We loved Waterford and the hotel. We almost couldn't fly home from Dublin and we were going to try to go back to Waterford and stay at Dooleys Hotel for as long as we were grounded! Unfortunately, we were able to fly out. Highly recommend!!"
