I was shocked to see that there is no AC in the building. I figure it doesn't get that hot during summer. Overall, it was a great stay.

Great hotel near the city

Very nice hotel in walking distance to the sites of the city. Restaurant and bar had great food and the breakfast was also nice. The rooms were comfortable and bathrooms nicely updated.

Near Distillery

This property was very near the Waterford Distillery. It's about a 1-mile walk to the museums and other Waterford sites. The room was large enough and the bathroom was the best we experienced while in Ireland. The parking was also easy to access.

Great hotel! Not much parking though...

Great hotel with good location in waterford, with walking distance to the central part of the city. Parking was not available on night we arrived forcing us to park in a public lot for the first night, so arrive close to check-in time to avoid this from happening.

The staff here are extremely professional, friendly , and engaging, it sets the tone for a stay that effectively would be , perfect. The room as always, welcoming and perfectly clean. I left, the following morning, a great breakfast, and a friendly chat at check out. Perfection. !

Great stay lovely staff

We had a fabulous stay at the Fitzwilton hotel. The staff are absolutely amazing, nothing is too much trouble from the reception to the bar staff and restaurant staff to the cleaning staff. The rooms are spotless and the food is Michelin star quality. Great location. Will definitely be going back. Thanks Hannah for the lovely welcome and to Trish for the lovely farewell.

This hotel is comfortable, has parking and is close to the waterfront. The staff were lovely, unforuntately when we stayed there was renervation work going on and some of the facilities were not open. However, it did not ruin our stay.

Hotel has a restaurant on site which is very good. I had an issue with the shower both days I stayed. The first day the water was cold. I reported the issue and staff looked into straight away but not before I had a. Cold shower. The second day the water was way too hot and it wasn’t able to be turned down. The hotel is easy to get to all the sites within town

A birthday gift for my son.

The hotel was amazing. The staff are lovely and friendly. The beds were so comfortable. The only thing about parking is that if u can’t find parking, there’s more around the corner but don’t go threw the barriers. The hotel staff don’t tell anyone and there’s no sign to let people know that there more parking. The hotel is fabulous with art all over the building. The tv in the bedroom is deadly cool in technology. It has a cast button to cast any app from your phone to the tv. Very cool technology. I loved this hotel for its art and friendly staff.
