This hotel is an excellent location for exploring Waterford. We had a rental car and then had ample parking but we walked to the city center in 10 minutes. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Rooms was large and clean.

My wife and I enjoyed a riverside room. In addition to a relaxing view, it was incredibly quiet. When we stayed - end of May 2026 - there was a bit of a heat wave. The lack of air conditioning reared its ugly head. Ice, for cold drinks, could be had by taking glasses down to the bar but there were no ice machines on any of the floors. Aside from these two rather minor complaints, everything was clean and in good repair. The staff were all lovely.
