"The room was upgraded when we arrived, although I'm not sure what this included as the room was not superior. We had a lovely view of a skip and the back of some shops. The decor was tired and in need of a make over. Shower was good and powerful. Staff were very friendly but breakfast on day one was chaotic. They had at least one bus party in and were very stretched, as well as having new staff. Food was good, and breakfast on day two was calmer."

"The apartment had a great corner window view. Staff was very helpful and allowed us to leave our car after we checked out so we could rent bikes for a couple hours and adventure around the beautiful area of Killarney."

"This was a classy, very well run hotel smack in the centre of a lovely city close to everything. The breakfast was over the top! We appreciated our quiet room and the charming staff. I enjoyed the indoor pool area, which was a real treat. Sauna and steam room there too. The hotel had supplied us ahead of time with directions to nearby car parks, so we coped with that alright too."

"Probably the friendliest hotel in Europe. Location is second to none with spectacular views over Dingle Bay. The rooms are very spacious with all the amenities you'd need. The beds are very comfortable and house keeping is excellent The breakfast is delicious with friendly and efficient waiting staff. Fabulous hotel! "
