Pleasant Stay

This was our 2nd time at this hotel, its very clean and a short distance to town , the staff are so helpful, nothing is to much trouble and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, id highly recommend this hotel

Staff was nice and helpful, the hotel was perfect for a one night stay, it needs some updating maybe. It was clean, but it needed more attention to detailed cleaning (corners, light switches, bottom of walls etc.)

The Parkavon is fine, although not special. It was mostly very clean (although there were hairs in my sink when I arrived), and my room under the eaves was pleasant. It has a slightly tired look -- the carpets are particularly threadbare -- and it is quite far out of town (a 15 minute walk). But the price was good, and the staff was generally helpful.

Clean, friendly, well located. Excellent value.

This is a very nice hotel and worth the price. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff are very firiendly and helpful. It is located perfectly for a tour of this part of Irealnd and is an easy work to Killarney town centre.

Stayed here with my partner for 6 days. Clean and comfortable and a short walk into the town centre. Had breakfast in a Sheahans garage a 5 min walk up the road as was better value there. Hotel also has a swimming pool and i was able to book a Ring of Kerry bus tour from reception. Staff are very helpful

A pleasant stay at the Parkavon Hotel for myself, my wife and two children. Hotel staff were polite and friendly, large car park for us to be able to park our hire car every evening. We didn’t opt for breakfast as there is a Tesco, M&S and Lidl all within a mile distance, so were able to pick up fresh pastries from there every morning. We did have dinner one night at the hotel and it was very nice. It’s centrally located, all amenities within a short distance. It’s a perfect stop off destination if you want to do the Ring of Kerry which we did. Price was reasonable considering other options. I’m very happy with our stay at this hotel. We stayed in one of the cheaper smaller double rooms, which was perfectly adequate.

Great Location

Great location for exploring the Ring of Kerry and Killarney which is the primary reason we wanted to be here. The restaurant and pub are decent; front desk was very helpful. Parking is easy. Walkable to downtown Killarney. Hotel room was nothing fantastic but nothing terrible either. Location is key here.

Disappointing stay

The pool was small but warm. The room was big. Got food in the bar & i ended up with food poisoning. I was up for most of the night vomiting. The manger refunded tue price of our meal & apologiesed. It made the stay less enjoyable

A Weekend in Killarney

We have four kids and booked a superior family room. The room suited us great, spacious and very convenient to the pool. One of our boys has a severe nut allergy and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They cooked breakfast items separately for him so there was no danger of cross contamination. The hotel in general is comfortable and perfectly located to enjoy Killarney and all it has to offer. The kids had the time of their lives.

Great Family stay!

We stayed in the Parkavon as a family for a weekend. We were made feel very welcome. Our family room was great! We had 2 seperate rooms with a double bed in each and a pullout couch in the sitting room. We were very close to the hotel pool too and it was spotless! They limit the amount of residents for each hour which means its never too crowded. The food in restaurant/bar was very nice and staff throughout the hotel were So friendly. The hotel is within walking distance of the town centre- 10 mins. We will definitely revisit the Parkavon.
