The staff was so helpful and friendly. My husband needed an eye doctor unexpectedly and they were able to assist us early in the morning. The Spa was fantastic, we used the facilities every day. We lived it. And the room was so very nice. They even had both a blow dryer and flat iron for your hair. Loved it.

The Brehon is a fab hotel, arrived for a two night stay and was upgraded to a fantastic suite, did not want to leave. It was a fantastic start to my roadtrip!! Staff were so nice and helpful I could not have asked for better. Great food and good vibes😊

From the moment you walk into the hotel, you can immediately see the luxury. The entrance is beautifully designed, with elegant, high-quality furniture, beautiful décor, and plenty of comfortable seating areas. When we arrived, a pianist was playing in the lobby, which added an extra touch of elegance and made the first impression even more special. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. We stayed in a Heritage Room, which included a walk-in wardrobe and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I particularly loved the thoughtful details—there was even a hair straightener, an ironing board and an iron, all neatly hidden behind a small door. We also had the opportunity to try the spa, and it was fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxing and beautifully maintained, with a lovely indoor pool and two Jacuzzis—one cold and one warm. It was the perfect place to unwind and added another wonderful touch to our stay. Overall, the hotel combines luxury, comfort and attention to detail exceptionally well. From the beautiful lobby and live piano music to the spacious room and excellent spa facilities, it was a truly memorable experience.

Our stay at the Brehon was 10/10 - such a great venue to meet up with family. We had family members travel down from Cork to meet with us - the lobby has lots of sofas in front of beautiful fireplaces where we could gather. Then we had fabulous meals in the Bar restaurant.

I really enjoyed my four-night stay at the Brehon. The room was very clean, quiet, and spacious, with comfortable amenities. Plenty of outlets to charge my electronics and the bathroom was generously large. I had one minor glitch with the climate control. It was set to air-conditioning mode but the weather outside was unseasonably cool. I called the front desk and they quickly changed it remotely so that I could turn on the heat. I liked the complimentary Irish breakfast. Everyone I talked to on the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was a wonderful experience to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. The Heritage Suite was an indulgence, that we so enjoyed, including using the musical kettle. The breakfasts were superb with a huge choice of food. The whole stay was topped off by a daily visit to the Spa. The staff were so friendly & helpful. The only criticism was that the potatoes in the Irish stew we had one night in the Bar, were not cooked properly.

Breakfast is great with a good amount of buffet items and the option of made to order items. Timing could be earlier, especially for those who want to get an early start on exploring the ring of Kerry. Shower is a little cramped. Plenty of storage for items. Hair dryer was provided with attachments, as well as a hair straightener which is uncommon.
