This time, I needed a hotel near the hospital where my mom was having surgery. The Maidens. Turning into the driveway, I was hit with a wow. Grand arches. Sweeping balconies. "We booked the hotel for the facilities offered. None of these facilities were provided. E.g. no fridge, no free water, no terrace, no safe, no premium tv channels, no Tea and coffee facilities and we booked 2 beds. We did manage to change to a room with 2 beds and they put a fridge in the room which was disgusting. I had to use wet wipes and shower gel to clean it. The room stunk of damp , the towels and toilet roll were damp , even the bedding had a damp feel to it. The terrace that was...
