"Staff were very helpful and cordial especially the front desk as most interaction were with him( don’t remember his name as I met him during morning and afternoon shift)The only thing missing was dining area a/c as it was very hot and humid to eat down there , but I did hear someone trying to repair it."

"Staff were very cooperative and friendly. Food was also good and freshly prepared. Not only room the entire hotel was kept neat and clean. Transport is easily available, they also have a travel desk too. The cons are: Being close to railway station the road is bit congested and it was little confusing as the outside hotel board read as Palm D'or instead of Trimrooms Palm D'or. Above all I enjoyed my stay here, I would recommend this hotel to all. "

B.: For Air-India-flights check-in of the luggage can be done at the New Delhi Airport Express Line Metro Station!!! Around the hotel you find everything you may need: Restaurants of each category, supermarket, beauty saloon, wine store ... Staff is very friendly and helpful !"
