I had a great time at hotel aura. The hotel staffs provided one of the finest hospitality. All the amenities were good and the room was clean too. It is located at a walking distance from the new delhi railway station which facilitates the stay and makes it a very good option.

The hotel needs to be updated in the rooms. It has a nice design but everything needs to be taken out and reinstalled with new. The street it is on is overcrowded, loud, and dirty. It makes it hard to get comfortable. However, the staff was super nice and professional and provided exceptional services.

Very old and unclean property.

The property pictures did not match. Very unkept and dirty hotel. Leakage in walls. Linen was dirty. Towels were dirty. Hotel overall was stinking. Did not have a restaurant. Breakfast starts at 9am.

Pathetic experience. I booked this hotel through expedia and made my full prepayment. When I reached there on my booked date, they said they have given my room to someone else and asked me to stay in the near by hotel. Upon my denial, they provided me a very bad room which was on the lower floor, not clean at all. Without any other option as I was with family. I would suggest don’t go by the picture of this hotel. These are cheaters 😭 Waste of money with very very bad experience.

Our family really liked the travel desk. He was very professional and helped us to get what we wanted. He even went out of his way to be there for us when he was not supposed to be. He got out the maps of Delhi and showed us where to go and what to see. He made sure his driver showed us all the places of the map and the driver was excellent. I highly recommend visiting travel desk. You will get excellent services.

Extremely bad experience

The worse hotel stay for me ever. I have been to more than 20 hotels this one is the worse. I booked and came to the hotel but was told that they ran out of room. I was sent to Park inn Hotel next door for a higher rate (they charged me 29 USD instead of the original booking of 23 USD. This is cheating. The outside of were nothing like the pictures for both hotels. The hotel is dirty. I saw tooth picks left on the sofa.
