"Nice hotel close to the shopping mall and only 15 minutes from the airport. Pool area is very tired with broken tiles and faded woodwork. Sunbeds are old and not enough side tables. Nice breakfast with huge fresh selection. Lots of other nice restaurants on site too. I would recommend staying here but pool area definitely needs a massive refurbishment. Hopefully now it’s a Marriot they will make the improvements needed "

"On arrival we found the front of house staff member who dealt with us very polite, helpful and service with a smile. The room we had was superb, very clean and comfortable. Having chosen a club room this gave us access to the club lounge, this was an added bonus as having never had this from a hotel before it a nice little feature to have. The Indian restaurant on the seventh floor was another bonus and the food was fantastic. As was the Terrace@2828. A hotel i will have no hesitation to...

"I had another enjoyable stay for the fifth time. I never have any issues when I stay at The Arch. Room service is on time and they are always cleaning. I recently spent 4 days there and every morning I go to the gym, they are on the 4th-floor cleaning at 7am. "
