"staff waited for me even though i reached at 10pm plus due to my long drive back to CHC. rooms were clean and functional. plenty of parking available and next to a big mall!"

"Large but still slightly cluttered room. Hotplate and small kitchenette but no sink (plastic bowl) and a fold out table. Freeview TV. Suitable for a night or two but less so for a long stay. Two Fat Possums nearby does wonderful takeout Pizza but very popular on weekend for dine in. Bakery in same shopping centre is superb."

"Booked an accessible groundfloor room, was presented with key to room up long steep flight of stairs. No refund offered, half hearted apology. Went away and stayed elsewhere. Very disappointed and out-of-pocket"

"Barbara, the owner of the property is the personification of hospitality. She was kind enough to allow us to drop off our bags earlier. She even gave us a lift to the supermarket! So kind! She even offered to drop us off at the bus stop but we wanted to walk. We can’t think of anything that the hotel didn’t have that was not provided to us. Would definitely stay here again."
