The staff were courteous. The loo was blocked, the bed was blood soiled (not noted till waking in the morning) and the walls in the bathroom rotten. The light was not sufficient for anything other than ambiance. Drinking water to be sourced from same area as human waste. Lovely shower. The fridge identified as a freezer and froze the contents before morning. Likely won’t stay again.

It was an ok place to stay. Caters for backpackers with dorm rooms and en-suite rooms. Room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Had kitchens facilities, did not need them, and useful laundry, washer and dryers. City centre walkable. Depending on the neighbours could hear them but did not affect us.

The room was clean and very large with two queen beds and plenty of space for suitcases. There is a shared kitchen in the lodge building that was small but functional We parked our car but noticed every other space was taken. Perhaps there was another area to park that we did not see.
