"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "

"The amenities were great, despite us not being able to use them due to our later arrival and evening. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and friendly. The property is a little bit on the older side, primarily the Tanguile rooms which were a bit dated. There was a continuous drip coming from the ceiling that filled an entire cup from the evening to the early afternoon.
