Everything was good except for food options. Not much to choose from their dinner menu. Far away from town proper, which didn't have much dining establishment either. The room was big and clean. The pool was nice and big. I would recommend overall.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Our room had a problem with the shower door we did not report it we just used the shower in the bathtub. The JetSki is fast the island hopping was great.

The staff 5 star, service 5 star, beach and sunset 5 star, a la cart restaurant 4 star. Room, buffet, lack of auto payments or many food vendors were cash only and not able to charge to the room - 3 star. Had to have too much cash than i prefer to carry. Room was large but extremely outdated, even the lock chain was completely rusted. Staff were amazing!

Clean, spacious room with balcony. Cold air conditioning. Clean towels. Toiletries are provided. Shower head could use an upgrade though. Checking in and checking out was terrible though. Long queues, but mostly due to issues encountered by some clients with their bookings. Mine went through hassle-free but I had to queue for several minutes.

This place is incredibly gorgeous on the outside! The pool is amazing, the bar and snack shops are great. We enjoyed the fire dancing show with BBQ, and renting a jet ski. Seriously fun time. The breakfast buffet was also pretty good. The inside of the rooms are were really rundown though, and the lots of black mold spots in the bathroom. That was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the check-in and checkout out procedures are really inefficient. Everything is still done with paper and pen, which is especially bad for the checkout procedure because they go and inspect and clean each individual room as you checkout, so you have to wait before you're allowed to leave. Also, you can't bring any outside food or drinks in. We went to an outside restaurant, and weren't allowed to bring our leftovers to our room. Kind of annoying policy. I would consider staying again because the outside portion of the resort is amazing, but the quality of the rooms is really lacking.

White sand beach with big pool

The beach is surely the highlight of this resort. While it is showing signs of age, it still offers plenty to do for families. The bouncing castle in the beach is a winner but not for the faint hearted. The breakfast buffet was good as I did not expect a wide variety as the rates were also very affordable.

This is a huge hotel. It felt like it was too big and so maintenance and cleanliness was compromised. My booking was for 3 adults and 2 children and when we booked in, we had to ask for extra towels and pillows as they did not acknowledge the number of people the booking was made for. Also, there was a dead mouse in our room which seemed like it had been there for a while. The staff were very responsive as soon as we reported it. They cleared it and gave us another room. After providing feedback on Expedia that our check in was terrible, the operations manager came and gave us a complimentary fruit platter and apologised. Lovely person and we appreciated the gesture, however, was not enough to make up for our experience. We would have left the hotel after the experience but were only in the Philippines for 2 days and thought we’d make the most of it. It turned out to be an ok stay. The pool was nice and there were some cute little food stalls by the pool which was great. The beach was lovely without too many people as it is a private beach for the hotel. The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Not tasty and was not showcasing all the lovely food and fruits Philippines is known for. The staff were very helpful and there was some nice little food spots outside the hotel which you can take tricycle too (and that was an experience!) There aren’t a lot of options when it rains and you can’t go outside. A bit of a challenge when you have young kids. Not worth the price.

This place is fantastic. View is incredible. Place is old but has charm. Pool is sweet. Breakfast in very good. Every night, it is sunset, then chose your meat/seafood and they grill it, then fire artists. I would make sure when you checkout, someone from your party is in the room to go through their inspection process with them, they blamed me for a missing hand towel before I could checkout, only cost 50 php, but I am not in the business of stealing a hand towel, just absurd. That cost them the star, or would have been 5.

Pleasant beachfront stay

Really relaxing vacation right beside the beach. The hotel room was your typical room with all the amenities you need. But we pretty much stayed outside in their pool and beach. The cocktails in the pool bar was strong and refreshing! The sunset here was picture perfect! Grilled food dinner area was packed but food served was fresh and pipping hot! Awesome stay over here and I will gladly stay here again!

Room 108 /Ground Floor

I have my family with me for this trip. Room 108 was assigned to us, the only bad part for this room a little animal friend was hiding below this cabinet and you can tell in the picture. The Management of the hotel should hire and keep a infestation company to check each room for rodent avoid this situation for future guest. Overall , room bed were comfy and new aircon was installed. The facility needs an upgrade.

Property is a scam!!! They advertise as hotel and spa. There is no spa. Spoke to manager they said they forgot to take the spa advertising off. For the restaurant they had limited food on the menu and what they displayed they may not have. If they had buffet you could not order individual food. They said you had to only get the buffet, even if the food wasn’t good. The only thing was good about the trip was the bartenders in the outside bar and the service staff around the pool. They were tremendous help.

We’re disappointed ! The only thing we liked is the view. Limited Diining experience. Only 3 Restaurants & they’re pricey. Island Cafe is always buffet no Ala Carte. Food isn’t great. Breakfast buffet was terrible. Always out of food & we have to wait long to fill up trays. It was a whole mess. No room service. All shuts down by 9pm. So if you get hungry later on you’ll starve. No outside food is allowwed. Staff are not accommodating but shout out to VJ at the Coveys Shack bar he’s helpful & nice. Room amenities are very poor , feels like you’re in a budget Hotel. Needs a lot of updating and up keep. Overall , disappointing & dissatisfied. Will not book again or recommend.

It’s sad that the place is nice and relaxing but not being maintained well enough. Pool needs to be clean and needs power washing. The beach is nice. The rooms need renovation-our room did not have a hair dryer and the chain lock at the door was missing. Also, there was no way we can call the front desk except through Viber or WhatsApp. What if we had security issues? Check out process was very TEDIOUS! The line was very long at the reception. They charged us a security deposit and they still had to call room service to check our room before they let us go. If we got something from the room, they could just charge it to our security deposit. The check-out process was the most they need to improve on.

First if all, I would like to say that the staff deserves a 5 * rating for doing their best in assisting me with accomodation problems I encountered during our stay. Problems I encountered: 1. Our first room(507) has air-conditioning problems that the staff helped me transfer to room 219. 2. Moving to room 219, after a while, the room reeked of foul odors that I again requested another room if which they assisted me again. 3. Off we go to room 142 which doesn't smell as bad than 219 and the air-conditioning was working a lot better than 507. We checked the room and found the bed really old and stained, the comforter stained and dirty along the parts tucked in the mattress, the bathroom faucet was leaking lightly, the front door has no security bolt/latch, there was a worm wriggling on bathroom floor beside the toilet bowl. It was already around 10pm , so we just accepted the room as we were already so tired that we just wanna rest. -Will not be going back to that place again-
