"Henann has great but Expedia was horrible! I bought this trip as a gift for my sister and when she got there, there was a balance on the account. Apparently, Expedia did not communicate changes and, although I have paid in full, Hennan shows a balance. My sister had to wait hours and Expedia still could not fix it. Horrible customer service. "Had mold in the shower; need to remove the caulking and re-caulk it for better presentation to guest. Staff was very nice."

"We liked the vibe at this busy, family orientated hotel. The hotel transfer from/to the airport was seamless. The rooftop area for the ocean view was lovely and we enjoyed the daily fire dancing shows. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff attentive, helpful and friendly. Our rooms were poolside so the constant traffic & noise from the pool was annoying at times. Our rooms also had step in bath/showers so not good for mobility impaired guests."
