Excellent location, great welcoming staff and overall quiet ambience. My special appreciation to their chief Mr Gilbert for taking into consideration that we are Muslims and ensuring that we have Muslim cooked food always available at our dining table during our stay. Advertised as mere steps away from the beach but in reality at least 5 mins walk (uphill walk going back to hotel). Guests need to take a free shuttle to Dmall with schedule arrival/departures. Staff are very polite and provide professional services. Facilities are in excellent condition. Free breakfast they serve is very good.

Avoid if you can

The beds are about as uncomfortable as they come. The sheets were scratchy. AC unit is so loud at all hours, i have a video of the sound at 1:35 am, and the hotel has failed to address any of it. I didn’t sleep for 4 days, made it hard to enjoy Boracay.

Nice stay

Nice hotel. We chose the room with access to the lap pool. The water in the lap pool was very very low. About 2ft. Location was good, especially if you want to be away from the chaos of station 1/2. I do not recommend the transfer service the hotel offers to book, it was incredibly timely and expensive.

Bed is as hard as a rock. Not comfortable at all. Few regular staff mostly OJTs. Very seldom someone is by the door to help you out with your luggage. If they see you from afar, they do come and help. Not beach front.

Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the room was clean and spacious, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the early check in and the delicious breakfast options. And the pool… a perfect place to unwind after a busy day at the beach.

Property nowhere close to the beach. Hotel hallways had no air conditioning, body wash Dispenser not being checked-run out of body wash soap in the middle of taking a shower. It took a couple of hours wait to get our room. I would not recommend this Four points Marriott Boracay to anyone.

I booked a pool view room, got a get to facing room with broken aircon. Moved the next day to what was booked. You would swear it was coming out of their purse. Far from accomodating and care factor 0. The air con in that room also was faulty. Ridiculous gas filling noises every 20 mins. Gets hot then some what cold. Again on check out not a word as to how was your stay. I am a loyal Marriot/Sheraton guest for 30 years. This was the worst experience. The pool area freaked of sewerage, the building musty wet smell. Total waste of money.

Great hotel with some shortcomings.

This is a beauty with a few drawbacks. Tv selections terrible. Spring for some cable channels to watch. Restaurant ok but need a less formal shop and snack and soda store. Employees ok but have seen better. Shuttle drivers excellene. Desk people efficient but no personality. Service in restaurant fair but not attentive.

Station 1 is the best option for staying in Boracay if prefer in a quiet area. We got the premium room with private use of the lap pool just through our balcony. Amazing! We also got free dinner for two nights. If you need a massage just ask the concierge and they will book it for you, you won’t have to leave your room!! Amazing experience and the beach is a 5 minute walk. Great service! Will return again with my whole fambam to better enjoy! Gym is great as well.
