"Bulbs burnt out in room, refrigerator not working and asked to have replaced. I don't believe it ever was. As much as you charge per night, slightly overconcerned about towel limits. Wave pool not running 2 full days we were there but no problem running day we left. Was not in system so communication issue with website and hotel !!!!!!"

In the first two days, I fell seriously ill, experiencing difficulty breathing, congestion, a persistent cough, bloodshot eyes, and a high fever. At first, I attributed it to fatigue, but my condition didn't improve despite resting.
