Vacations Close To Denver Mountain Parks

Rooms were amazing!

Make sure you have extra$$$$ for incidental. I booked my trip on hotels.com room was nice shower was amazing. But wasn't expecting a fee of $35. So not sure what the extra charge was for. Im calling the hotel to find out about Xtra charges. We didnt purchase any extras n didnt use the amenities. We were there only one night. But won't go to this place again..

Hotel was nice and staff was very accommodating and helpful given the impossible situation that they were put in, but the AC was out in our room (and many of the rooms). It seemed that this was known but not communicated to customers upon check-in on a week of 90+ degree days. We ended up having to go to another hotel after one night. Half of our first night was comped, which was appreciated, but we would have never stayed if we were made aware of this issue at check-in.

Fantastic stay for my husband and our toddler and me. Easy enough in and out with the garage once you figure out the parking and towers - half the building is residential so if you go up the wrong elevators you’re in the wrong spot! We figured it out though and appreciated the Whole Foods and cvs close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms were clean but the issue was with water and breakfast, In the morning we were shocked to see a letter from the property saying there will be water shut-off for for the day ( for few hours) but I was late to see that letter and the dropped at door without informing us. By the time I saw that letter in the morning water was already off. Second issue was with breakfast, the area where breakfast served was blocked for sitting and there were no proper enough space available to sit and have the breakfast. Few people were sitting on the floor while having the breakfast. I was not expecting the such inconvenience that too with Hyatt brand. I will not book this hotel ever again,

Or room was warm and didnt blow cold air. They did get us a fan which helped a little. Our window leaked when it rained and our phone in the room did not work. Overall it wasn't bad.
