Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free no problems there. Air conditioning worked great. Just could tell was old building as hallways and such looked like needed some maintenance, but that being said didnt bother us so much as the room is where ur staying, and that was very clean and comfortable!! Great value on price as well. Was close to the places we came to check out.

Did not realize when I booked for my family that the hotel was located in a run down industrial zone. It was difficult to avoid the homeless around the property (truth be told, some of them may have been guests) asking for money. The room had a faint essence of cooked meth. The staff were pleasant. This was the one positive. Would not stay again. We actually checked out early and found a nicer hotel.

The beds and bathroom in the room were clean. Although there was a strong odor in the room. The chair was stained and disgusting. The area outside of our window was littered with trash including a bike tire. The hallways and elevator reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke even though there are non smoking signs. This property is in need of an upgrade. For a cheap room I’d seek elsewhere.

The hotel is not well maintained. Tape is holding down the floor tiles in the hallway. The bathroom door had significant damage. The location of the hotel was in a part of town that seemed a bit sketchy. The hotel did not provide a continental breakfast. The name of the hotel is misleading. "The Plaza" sounds fancy, but this hotel is far from fancy. Overall is was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I was very concerned about the exposed pipe that had the hole in the ceiling over the bathtub. There seemed to have been an instance where people were smoking a bunch of cigarettes in one of the rooms around us, so our front area of our room stunk of cigarette smoke.

Staff were wonderful, the room was basic! The parking lot unfortunately is a homeless camp! They allow a lot of people not staying at the hotel in and out. Several times we found that the side door was propped open with a rock. Not very safe!!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. This was an older property, and in need of a lot of maintenance in my particular room, specifically the bathroom. That being said, there were plenty of clean towels and hot water. For the price and proximity to where I needed to be, it was a bargain. Large, lighted parking lot, the room was quiet, but then there was no vending on the floors, just ICE. No coffee in the room, or available except for purchase at breakfast. I'd give it an overall "fair".
