Everything was amazing, the food was meh they definitely need better food choices or changes. Pasta and chicken every dinner!

The food was decent, but there are periods of time where there is very little food options available. Most of the staff are very friendly. We had a little trouble trying to get someone to come in to get a lizard out of our room for four days. Would love to have more music in the pool areas and more options for activities throughout the day. There are times where it feels like the resort is completely deserted so you will definitely get bored if you don’t have any activities planned off the resort. It definitely lends itself more as a family resort so if you’re looking to turn up, this may not be the place for you.

Bugs could come in from underneath the glass doors

It was the most peaceful and serene place in this side of the costa rican pacific, the staff was amazing, the food was super healthy and delicious , the entire place is just magical. The beach is super clean and literally yours only. I would come back every time I’m in Costa Rica.

The staff at Secrets Papagayo were first class and only added to the wonderful accommodations and amenities provided. We will be back.

Staff was absolutely amazing! The restaurant located in this resort is phenomenal. It really was a treat for us to stay here.
