Dardanelle Vacations

The hotel was both wonderful and perfectly located in Winters. It’s a small town with everything in walking distance. The staff was helpful and we were allowed to check-in early since the room was ready. One night in Winters was a wonderful experience.

A very unique property, being a converted Paddle Steamer to a riverside hotel. Rooms were small and bathroom tiny, but that was to be expected. Overall a very pleasant stay, with one exception (other than the sealions, who were noisy!) but the hotel cannot do anything about that,.other than provide earplugs - a nice touch! The one exception was, unfortunately the young man who checked us in (sorry didn't get his name) did not give a very welcoming impression at all. He seemed to be just "going through the motions" and not enjoying his job!! Shame that this was our first impression and hence we only felt able to offer a 4 star review.

Clean room, great customer service they made it feel like home, especially the house keeping team they were so great and nice they deserved to be recognized for the hard work they all do

Room was very clean and well organized. Microwave was nonfunctional so that was reported on checkout. Room faced unattractive alley with very bright lights all night long. Not a good nights sleep. Star Lounge, however is a treasure, and the music provided by the group with a harp, saxophone and cello was a fitting accompaniment to a nice dinner.
