“Everything is made super difficult by the staff. Everyone says something different. My wife and 2 small children got left at the marina by boat ferry captain igor because he has a “schedule” even though he went back to the hotel and when he came back he said ok now you can go back to the hotel. Literally left woman and children standing there in the heat. If you go to the beach early they won’t let you have the front row because it’s reserved so you msg the concierge and ask to reserve the front...

“Beim Checkin gab es Irritationen wegen dem Vorbesitzer / Betreiber und meiner Buchung. Die Damen am Checkin haben superprofessionell, liebenswert und ruhig reagiert trotz des Stress. Die Lage ist ein Traum und meine Deluxe-Suite war einfach toll. Frühstück gab es im bezaubernden Nachbarrestaurant Capri, das tolles Ambiente und Ausblick und lieben Service bot.
