Would 100% stay again but ask for room with better view. I live in Leicester and stayed in most of the hotels. This is definitely one of the better ones. Please don’t stay at the Hilton. It’s disgusting ”

“Absolutely outstanding customer service.The restaurant is an absolute must! we decided dinner was the best we had ever enjoyed in the UK wonderful service and piping hot food served to our table, perfectly timed between the three courses and the flavours were divine. The staff at breakfast worked absolute miracles with a huge choice of food and the buffet was constantly refilled WELL DONE!! ”

“I arrived pretty late and I was the last one to check in, the lady who assisted me was polite and helpful. My room was smart and warm. By the way parking was a breeze, didn't struggle to get space. Slept well and the hot full English breakfast was a delight to have. Place is cosy, warm, clean and has exceptional staff. 10 out of 10...”
