The space was great, in a brilliant location. The check in receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars if the shower head was not broken, but we did manage to shower with difficulty. We reported it when checking out but felt we should have received some form of compensation. We understand these things happen so don't be put off, highly recommended!

Managers and staff were absolutely the BEST! Pretty lobby with bar and cafe, excellent space in the rooms, great location … everything was wonderful here and we felt welcomed. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!

Good comfortable rooms and great size. Location was easy and breakfast was tasty. Had a some minor issues with TV, shower and sink - but these were sorted out by the staff and maintenance member quickly. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Needed to add an extra night due to one of my siblings being end of life. The lady on reception was so kind to find me a good rate and stay in the same room. This is why I choose to stay at the Gresham every time I need to visit my family. I can’t fault the place in the least. Will keep coming back whenever I am able.

Nice enough for the price, furniture in rooms probably needs a bit of TLC. The signage for getting to the rooms on each floor is incredibly confusing however and it took a while to initially find the room. Breakfast was decent.
