“pésima la aplicación cero confiable. Reserve en un hotel con el pago anticipado. A la hora de llegar al hotel y hacer checking no había habitaciones disponibles. Me quitaron el dinero y pasé la noche durmiendo en el auto porque ni el hotel se hizo responsable de darme una solución o el dinero de devolución. ”

“They downgraded my room from a king to a double because they were overbooked and had no king rooms left. I was there to enjoy a getaway as a couple; however, I was forced to take the double room and could not sleep in one bed with my partner. On top of that, during checkout, they told us they would provide a $40 refund for the inconvenience, but I have received nothing, and it has been two weeks since I sent them a reminder email regarding the status of the refund.”

“Property was excellent. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The suite was very spacious. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Eggs and oatmeal were perfectly cooked. There were 2 different kinds of sausages as well as a waffle station and the usual cold breakfast items.
Fitness room was a good size and had several different pieces of equipment including weights, kettlebells, ellipticals and treadmills. We would definitely stay here again...
