“We really enjoyed our stay. We were walking the SWCP and were glad to stop earlier on this leg. (Just dont take the road to the lighthouse and then climb the scree over the hill: steep and dangerous). The room was excellent. Comfortable. “Warm comfortable hotel with very friendly staff!”

“**Disappointing stay, particularly for an elderly guest** We booked a two\-night stay based on the hotel’s excellent 8\.8 rating on Expedia, but unfortunately our experience fell well short of expectations\. “Great day, great breakfast, great hosts”

Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have experienced with everything that is required - a real home from...

“The owner kindly dried some damp clothing we had and breakfast was lovely”

“Would definitely recommend. Very comfortable and clean. If it had a garden it would be perfect. Enough loo roll to last a few days would have been nice.”

“My room had not been hoovered; really uncomfortable bed and there was a constant dripping noise overnight - terrible night sleep.”

“Our stay at the Lorna Doone B&B could not have been better! We loved everything about our experience in this beautiful house with fantastically friendly hosts. Great room, a delicious breakfast and wonderful people who made us feel like royalty and family at the same time. Certainly one of the best places that we have ever had the luck to experience.”

“Very quiet location, excellent views, warm and welcoming upon arrival. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area”
