“The young lady on duty when we checked in was excellent. She even offered to help take our luggage to the room. Our disappointments were, when booking we asked for a ground floor room as my wife has mobility issues and this motel has no elevators, we were told the same room configuration was not available. Hard to believe since it appeared to be 20% occupied at best. Our sleep was disrupted thru out the night by noisy neighbors.”
