“I have used Holiday Inn on several occasions and I have never encountered a place like this. The bathroom was uncomfortable, unclean, the common areas were dirty, but the worst of all was that there were children running around everywhere and knocking on the doors. We had to notify security... all night long there was shouting, they were knocking on the doors. It was really a high price to pay for the terrible service we received.”

“We stayed in a pet friendly room. Hotels don’t understand not all dogs are well trained so the carpet stinks probably from dogs that pee that are territorial .really wish they had laminate flooring and they should not designate one room pet friendly .. trained dogs don’t make a mess and those that do should not be allowed to stay but if there was laminate flooring you can clean it better than carpet. I suspect some even lift their leg on the corner of the mattress. The beding seemed fresh and...
