Vacations Close To Common Hackberry Ecological Reserve

Had a good time. Room was clean, staff helpful. Breakfast was good, enough choice items. An overall good time spent away from home.

Was contacted through app. Great communication to check in and out. Found process very simple. Staff mostly speak French. They were great to try English, as that is all I can speak (used translate app when needed, but rarely needed). Stayed in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. 17th floor. Used pool daily. Son used exercise room. Laundry in room ended up being very useful. Very close to many restaurants. We walked to the Jazz fest, old Montreal and underground city. All 30 min walk or less. Great stay

It was our first visit to Sonolux. A lovely boutique property but this was a case of style over substance. The check-in process was muddled by the use of automation. We had to wait for a staff member to ok us for check-in at the iPad kiosks. The whole process took 25 min. Once we were told that the system had the room ready, the kiosk would not acknowledge our reservation. I tried 10 times. I then had to wait for the 1 staff member to finish another service call before having him deal with the computer issue. That aside, the room, design and spaces were beautiful. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I just think they need to re-think the whole check-in process.

Weather was very hot(30 regress celcius with humidex of 45) during our stay and the pool was very busy. Our room was on a lower floor that required going down multiple stairs with our bags and an elevator was not available. Also, there were no in room amenities(I.e bottle of water etc.....). We ended up having to find a grocery store to buy our own water to drink. Overall the stay was decent but probably would not rebook.

Chambre propre, accueil correct. Beaucoup de difficulté à contacter l'hôtel avant le séjour. Bien situé.

Lovely stay! Very comfortable suite. Cool historic building but interior felt very updated. Great location convenient to Old Montreal but without being in the middle of the tourist action. Will be our go to in Montreal from now on!

Location is amazing ! We stayed in the room with a terrace and the terrace was not very clean Other than that all good Amazing restaurant !

Great location, gorgeous interiors, and the most responsive, thoughtful staff. Highly recommended!
