“Unbeatable Customer Service from an Incredible Staff We recently stayed at The Cally Palace and, while we ran into some issues, the staff's response was absolutely exceptional. Our trip started with an ant problem in our bathroom, which spooked my daughters (aged 5 and 8). Since there were no other family rooms available in the main house, the staff kindly moved us into one of their outdoor cottages. “Unfortunately another disappointing night at the Inn. Went for a meal, again staffing issues with chefs resulting in quite a few things not being available. I thought there was a wedding function going on as every now and then loud music would blast through the restaurant area but it was just the music coming from the kitchen area as the doors swung open and closed. Sadly in need of a makeover.”
