“Not a good experience. I was unable to shower for most of my stay. 1st night - no cold water 2nd night - no hot water 3rd night - no water at all Every time I called reception about it, the responses were dismissive “we know, we’ve called a plumber”. The bed, whilst ok comfort wise, had ill-fitting sheets that revealed bare foam rather than an actual mattress, a headboard that moved if you sat up against it, and I woke with a number of bites. “Room, staff parking and food all very good”

“All in all an ok stay. Was let down by a tired bathroom with stains in the bath and poor service at reception. I had to wait quite a while to be checked in as the staff member was missing, and was then sent on a wild goosechase around the rooms in outbuildings only to be told when I returned that the room was indeed in the main building and that he was new and did not know where the rooms are! Breakfast was excellent.”
