All the staff that we came in contact with, reception, bar and restaurant were really nice and couldn't have been more helpful with a special mention for Vincent in reception who made us feel really welcome. Also the young lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely and nothing was to much trouble but unfortunately we didn't get her name. We usually stay here two or three times a year and look forward to continuing our breaks away with you.

Had an 'ok' stay... 'Most' of the staff were very helpful however found some to be slightly rude. Evening food was quite nice, had an interesting experience listening to what sounded like the manager and kitchen staff having an argument in the kitchen. Probably wouldn't stay again.....

We have stayed at the Orida in Maidstone on many occasions and were expecting this hotel to be of equal quality. We were delighted that the hotel was clean. Well run and equally as welcoming as the other. We enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was adequate although we arrived towards the end of breakfast time so there was not much left but the continental was still very good.
