“Check in was a bit of a struggle. We were given an access code and it didn't work at all... we tried ti contact someone to help us and after about an hour we got help from Santiago who was very helpful and polite and provided us with a new access code. The property was ok. Clean and very well located. ”

“BEWARE! NOT A HOTEL! Never stayed there. Tried to cancel as soon as it became obvious it wasn't a hotel, but instead a room in a residential property and with shared bathrooms. Of course, that request was denied. I have a suspicion that the no refund policy is because they know you will want one when you realize the bait and switch.”
