The room was kept clean while I was out . The bathroom are shared But everyone Does follow House rules . Very quiet neighborhood. 10 mins away from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Great kitchen amenities . House keeping one message away immediately delivering extra Towels. My only complaint is some food smells coming from kitchen after each microwave use. But overall amazing.

I couldn’t find the door to this “hotel” which was poorly lit and I did not receive proper instructions. It gave me a very bad feeling being here. The parking was extremely unclear. This is a shared unit. I did not feel safe and did not end up staying here at all. I had to go elsewhere for my well being and safety. It took two hours to figure out where I was even supposed to go. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I had a very disappointing experience staying here. The owners were extremely rude and disrespectful throughout my stay, and communication was consistently delayed whenever I asked a question. Owners said that shampoo and conditioner were provided, but only shampoo was available. There was no body soap, no hairdryer, and even the toilet paper holder was not installed on the wall. The bathroom also had ants crawling around, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the listing advertised laundry services, but when I asked about it, the owners responded rudely and said it was not available for guests. The location is also quite isolated and felt a bit sketchy and uncomfortable. My room had a back door, and I did not feel comfortable as I heard someone try to come into my room through the back door (ended up being a confusion from another guest staying there) The only positive is that it may work as a quick place to stay if you have an early morning flight. Overall, because of the poor hospitality, inaccurate listing details, and cleanliness issues, I would not recommend staying here.

This place was disgusting bathroom was full of ants everywhere bedroom closet had spiders and closet doorknobs were loose. There were also insects under the bed but the head rest. Place didn’t look anything like what the pictures looked. The person needs to update pictures on his account because it’s definitely more run down. Unfortunately the person doesn’t have the common courtesy to give us a refund. We’re on vacation and this definitely wasn’t the start we wanted especially since we got to the place to rest since we got there in the night time.

I did not know it was set up like a hostel. It is a house with a bunch of rooms with 1 bathroom. This place should be a 20 dollar a night type of place. I was extremely deceived and Disappointed. I want a refund because i did not stay. Also, Expedia stated that my card would not be charded just to make the reservation. It was charged immediately! I am completely unsatisfied both from Expedia and Pacifica. I was totally mislead!

Took days to get a reply on instructions to access this property. Parking is very limited. Someone was knocking on every door at 5am because they were blocked in. Bed was not comfortable and noisy. Someone used our code to open the door at 9:30 pm as we were getting for bed. No apology from him. No secondary lock inside room so my wife was terrified the rest of the night. Would never stay there again.

The bed quality was poor. The bed was noisy with every move and was uncomfortable. The cleaning could have been improved. The property needed a sign outside and clearer instructions to how to enter and where the entrance is. It was very confusing and it was not clear that this was a shared bathroom. There was no TV in the room either.

I booked this “motel” because I had to rush to the airport in 3am with my son, a minor. The website stated a short drive distance to FLL. Problems: 1. Odd requirement. After booking I received a message asking us to send pictures as IDs through text. However the text phone number provided was not working… 2. Strange environment. The house is located in a filthy neighborhood with garbage all over and cats/dogs running around. A few guys standing on the block stared at us. A police patrol car was running by a few blocks away. I knocked on a neighbor’s door and a lady answered from a speaker saying that she was not sure if the house is a motel, but some strangers go in and out from time to time. She never saw the house owner… 3. Exterior. No sign, all windows and doors were locked. We even didn’t know where the entrance was. Dog poop all over on the walkway. A car parked in the driveway with the engine running, the driver, a nice man named “Victor”, told us that he also rented a room and he had the code for opening the door… 4. Interior. Victor opened the door for us. No one was working inside but cameras were around. Obviously someone was watching us. At the time I found the code for our room sent by email. Our room was small but clean. The bath/shower room seemed unfinished renovation with unleveled floor tiles. The bedroom has another door could be open from the driveway. 1/3 of the interior is under construction with tools and dust all over… 5. Other situations. At the

Absolutely diabolical conditions. We arrived, and bought some tinned food. You’d expect a kitchen to have basic culinary tools, but we couldn’t even find a bloody can opener anywhere. Half our food was not able to be eaten and just went to waste. The guy kicks us out of the so called ‘air bnb’ after one night. Both bathrooms were occupied, which is apparently enough inconvenience to kick us out. We are getting a refund, but that’s gonna be hard, because the owner is an utter prick.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Terrible service. They cancelled my reservation right in the middle of my way there, and they actually did it after I asked about the instructions to get in the room, for the record they said they would issue a refund that would take 24-48hrs and they never did it I had to contact an agent on the app to make the process of refund and wait 15 days to get my money back and find another place to sleep that was way more expensive cause it was in the last minute of the day, they ruined the peace of the travel for my boyfriend and I, we had to change the plan that we did for a week, we trusted this hotel and we got disappointed. I understand sometimes there are things out of control for everybody but this time was just terrible service and communication, they had to tell me I had to do my own process with the refund and they had to let me know what was going on with the hotel BEFORE I ask them. I would never make a reservation with this hotel.
