I would never stay here again i stayed here multiple times in the past but this year it was horrible.check in was a total disaster front desk receptionist was very rude . We was supposed to check in at 4pm and got our room at 6:30pm
When we finally got the room it was not clean we found used glass in the kitchen with lipstick on it in the cupboard . You go on vacation to get away from stress to have your holiday start with a stressful situation. I would never stay here again the are to many Hotels on south beach to deal with this Hotel and there rude staff.
