Staff were great and accomodating. I was just disappointed that the pool is small. Kids and other adults were in the pool. I can't freely swim cos kids were everywhere. I wish they have a separate pool for kids. The sauna room was way too hot and nobody was there to call to help adjust the heat. Pool towels are limited. There was no bath tub in the junior suite they provided.

Very relaxing- the restaurant /bar was relaxing. We were very comfortable and nicely located in the city. Will be back
