Was clean, and staff were all very pleasant! Such a great location, and metro is so close by. Only problem (nothing to do with the hotel) is parking in this area of Montreal is a nightmare. Would recommend the click and park app, that saved us. This place was so great, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at The Cove Hotel! The room was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and provided the perfect place to unwind. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Having convenient laundry facilities on-site was a huge plus for our trip. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a really good place to stay in Montreal. It's really close to the Mont Royal metro, lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The pictures are dated and the room I stayed in could do with a new couch and area rug. The kitchen had everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable. Staff were friendly but not particularly engaged.

Great in every way. Perfect location for exploring the city as first-timers. Lovely 24/7 on-site concierge. Huge rooms with AC, washer, dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer and stove, including cookware and coffee maker. Only the bed sheets were a bit stiff/dry but overall bed was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again if coming back.

Overall our experience at the Cove was good! We had some challenges with our room code and then another incident happened that required us to move rooms but in both instances, the staff was great at accommodating and communicating !
