“Very central and good if you just need a bed. Warm and comfortable. Just very basic, parking is tight if you have a larger car and we had a bottle of water in the fridge that was have empty.”

“A really convenient location easy to get to many of Ballarat's sights. The room was spacious and clean. Everything you need was there. The checkin process was easy as was checkout. The pool looked great as did the other amenities. The only thing that bothered us which was'nt a huge deal but it was the rooms outside light stays on at night and a big glow comes through the glass panel of the door.”

“The fridge didn't seal-severely broken, The seal was filthy in the folds. The cupboard next to the fridge was lined with condensation due to the fridge working hard to try and stay cool - this made the crockery and cutlery all wet. That cupboard was also dirty inside. The electric kettle wouldn't fit under the tap of the bathroom basin (no other taps available) so had to fill it by the small cupfuls. No hand towel, no teatowel or detergent for washing dishes. One fork bent so it was almost...
