Our stay was lovely, reception staff were welcoming as were the restaurant staff and our evening meal was beautiful. The room was clean and tidy. And we loved that everything was incorporated in the one spot. We will be in Ballarat again in the near future and will stay with you then.

We have stayed here twice this month. Once for a romantic night away and again with the kids (ages 18 and 14). We love the big bathroom area in the family room, the pool, spa, sauna facilities and enjoyed playing Pool and Table tennis! The onsite restaurant has all you need and live music on the weekends too! Needless to say, we will be back! Our new fave place to enjoy time away from home!!

Loved the walk distance from Winter wonderlight show. No stress of parking at the hill. Heated pool was good for family. The spa in the pool can get heated more (ask staff) and very good. Sauna was nice too. Room spa and shower is clean and new, big, good water pressure. Bit expensive for room size. But I agreed with the price. Plenty laundry. Restaurant is next to hotel, can get room service. Bit driving to centre of ballarat. Good place. Swimmed a lot!

The room was very comfortable. The bubble bath was a plus. The facilities were great even if the gym is a bit outdated. The swimming pool, sauna, pool table and tennis tables are highly appreciated. The staff were very nice. We had dinner a the Red Lion, great food and service.

Exceeded all expectations this place! We travel around heaps in Australia and overseas but I think this place is the cleanest place we have stayed at. So convenient, the cafe/restaurant/bar was like 15m from our room. Meals start at about 6or7am and go right through the day and into the night. Friendly and helpful staff. Great indoor heated pool with 2x spas and a sauna. Indoor gym, pickle ball court, pool table, foosball table and 2 table tennis tables. Will definitely stay here next time we come to Ballarat!
