Vacations Close To City Hall

I was surprised by a few item. 1- Facilities- bathroom had no fan and was hot. 2 Roaches in bedroom. 3 Amenties- No ice machine. Only a few ice trays in freezer. 4 Amenities- For a 4 day 3 night stay for two people, we received only a 1 oz bottle of bathwash. Coming back to the hotel at night at 1045 pm, we asked the person in the front office for more soap- He said "I don't do that ". 5. Next it states there is a shuttle to the beach, but it is not every day. For instance, there wa a shuttle on Thurs and Friday, but not one on Saturday. Therefore the rating I gave. Overall its a great place. Unit was amazing.. very clean, bartender Drew was great.. beach pool could use a little tlc like the concrete wall feels unfinished. Would be nice to give regular coffee complimentary as most resorts do instead of charging $7. Restaurant staff could use more training

Absolutely fantastic stay. The service was genuinely 10/10, but what really made this hotel special was the staff. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly friendly, welcoming and accommodating. You really got the sense that they were happy to see you and genuinely wanted to make sure you had a great stay. I arrived extremely late after a delayed flight, well beyond the normal check-in time, and they could not have been more helpful. They stayed up to make sure I could check in safely and had somewhere to stay that night, which I hugely appreciated. It’s that kind of service and kindness that makes a hotel memorable. A brilliant experience from start to finish, and the team deserve real recognition for how well they look after their guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The staff were helpful and the hotel was nice.
